lol apple dosent even own the name iphone anyways, cisco does and cisco filed a law suit yesterday or so in us court :p hopefully they will have to change its name. |

Yes, and the ridiculous part is that everyone knew that for some time now. And apple had started talks with cisco to buy (or license) the trademark but for unknown reasons (probably marketing) decided to present the phone before the talks were finished. Now they have a lawsuit in their hands and will probably have to settle out of court for a large fee... http://www.dvhardware.net/article16300.html |
