i got this fan with Pentium D *http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Cooler/Products_Spec.aspx?ProductID=2123&ProductName=GH-PDU21-MF it keep my CPU at 45 , whatever you do with it your pc the heat never goes higher than 45 is this fan good ,what do you think of it |

This type of cooler is very good. Especially if you have a side vent so the fan can draw cold air from the outside. A better cooler would be the big typhoon from thermaltake : h__p://www.thermaltake.com/product/cooler/retail/cl-p0114/cl-p0114.asp because it has a copper base for better heat absorption and 6 heatpipes for efficient heat transfer. 45C under load is great anyway. |

which fan would you suggest for Pentium D 830? I need a really good one because it gets very very hot! |

mine is good its speed 3200 RPM maximum and it will help you but it doesnot fit for overclocking If you not using overclocking at all this fan will help u I tested it personally anyway wait others sugestions it could get you something better |
