I'm going to try it, but I need to find a basement or something like that so that the phone transmits at full power. Also on 1800Mhz the limit is 1W, whereas in 900Mhz it's 2W. Unfortunately all carriers use both frequencies and the phone doesn't give an indication which is used.

Well, how about holding phone A to your right ear
and phone B to your left ear... And after several
minutes, we may never read about the results... LOL

At old ages,we will probably end up with soem sorts of brain tumor, cause of the cellphone usage...

Even now when I have 30-40 min.cell conversations, i notice my ear gets warm.... lol...
maybe I start suing Nokia and earn some buck$ from it...

Soon, we may see the Surgeon General's warning
label on the sides of each cellphone... like you see
on the sides of cigarette packs...

Can you imagine being asked if you would like the
cellphone or non-cellphone section when you go to
a restaurant?... LOL

If trully found detrimental to human health, this
is going to be a habit that is more difficult for
people to give up than smoking.

Someday cellphone users may be treated like
second class citizens like smokers do... ROFL

There are already no-mobile sections in some trains in England. Not for health reasons of course, but for the people who like to sleep in trains and not be annoyed by ringing phones.

You could always use a hands-free headset to keep it away from your ear. I even saw a doctor once suggest that people should always use a hands-free headset because IF it causes cancer you will be safer that way. I have to admit I use hands-free most of the time, but not because of any worries of harmful effects. But if I am driving, need to write something down, or most likely working on the computer, it just makes it easier.

I ALWAYS use a hands-free. Nobody knows for sure if its harmful or not, so why take chances ?
Speaker phone mode is another nice feature, but you have to be alone to use that. It'd be a bit embarassing in the middle of the street... Mr. Green

Lmao, when has that ever stopped anyone. Was bad enough walking around hearing half of peoples conversations. Now I'm forced to listen to the whole thing.

Yes I know what you mean. I hate it when people shout when trey're talking on their phones.

Personaly another thing I like about hands-free is that it allows you to talk very softly without anyone hearing you even in very noisy environments.
