Hallo. Which is the cest program to convert video files avi, mpg etc to dvd vob?

Well, two fast and quite good programs are winavi and convertxtodvd. They both convert almost any format to dvd.
Winavi also converts to other formats as well. The quality is not what you'd get from something like Tmpgenc, but it's quite good and the conversion is fast.
