There is a German site doing this, even calling the visitors and threatening them that they'll turn in their ISP's if continuing the downloads. I wouldn't be surprise if it's Rapidshare.
What gets me is how do they know whose name the account is in? |

Yes I use them a lot as well. Very good site.
Although they've said that if their appeal doesn't work out they'll just cut off the US IPs. They won't track their visitors.
Let's just hope that courts in other countries don't follow. |
