limneos used to make a big deal if you didnt use the code for any urls but here noone seems to say anything, how should we be posing links, or does it matter?

live links are disabled anyways, so its not that big of a deal anymore... i always code everything, just because i like it better that way...

I agree I think when you code your links it makes it look better.

I just updated the board a week ago and had to
go back and hand edit a few files to disable the
"make-clickable" function. Think I got them all.

As the duckster and wasted had mentioned, it makes
your post look neater when the links are framed. We
don't like to see hxxp:xxx or w?w.site.com kind of
substitutions in the posts as they can create some
confusion to a lot of people. Please continue to use
the "code" function whenever possible.

I changed the position of the code button in the
BBcode a few days ago so the button is one of
those that are shown without having to hit the
"More Tags" hot spot.
