Well it runs OSX which for me is reason enough not to like it,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> but still it looks damn good and the touch screen interface is a very good idea.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>

lol apple dosent even own the name iphone anyways,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> cisco does and cisco filed a law suit yesterday or so in us court <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>:p hopefully they will have to change its name.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>

Yes,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> and the ridiculous part is that everyone knew that for some time now.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> And apple had started talks with cisco to buy <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>(or license)<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> the trademark but for unknown reasons <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>(probably marketing)<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> decided to present the phone before the talks were finished.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> Now they have a lawsuit in their hands and will probably have to settle out of court for a large fee.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
