Some of these ISPs need to get slapped with a Class Action Suit
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
for the bait and switch from telling you that its <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>"UNLIMITED"<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> then
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
only at non-peak hrs.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> and its in usually in the fineprint and not
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
on the billboard advertisement.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
In most cases,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> they have commercial accounts that pay big money
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
for guaranteed large bandwidth and they are the ones that the ISPs
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
are trying to protect because they need their money more than ours.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>

I read that BT did something similar.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
Someone should sue them.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> If the service has limitations they should say so.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> Then the consumer can make their choice based on the facts and not on false advertising.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>

I am going to move ISP if they throttle my download speeds at all,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> they havent done it yet but they are threatening to,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> it just doesnt make sense to route the people reading emails and doing casual browsing through the faster pipes,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> surely the people who download heavily need the faster one!<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>?<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>!<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>?<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>!<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
I might have to go back with AOL <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>(Spit)<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> since they offer a TRUE unlimited service,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> 1 month I done over 250GB and they didnt even bat an eye-lid at it,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> but at the same time they give out customers search records who are silly enough to use the supplied AOL software,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> good job I used to enter my settings manually into the Windows XP modem settings.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
The bottom line is instead of throttling my/others download speed they should stick their hand in their pocket and pay for more bloody bandwidth out of the vast profits they make <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>:x
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
I sent them this earlier:<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
Well I thought this is meant to be an unlimited service but I now find it has limits,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> I will try and keep most of the main downloads to the midday but I dont expect to have to limit downloading when I come home from work and just browse the web instead,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> I dont use p2p software at night,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> I barely even use it at all because it's slow,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> a nightmare,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> and ruins your PC.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
What if I want to play online games or stream music when I get home from work,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> or watch videos on youtube/google video and I'm limited to 30 Kb/s or some other ridiculous speed,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> it's going to be a lame/slow experience,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> online gaming needs lots of bandwidth and so does video streaming which is why I brought the MAX package.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
A couple questions regarding this:<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
1:<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> Why cant you route heavy <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>(Tiscali MAX)<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> users to a pipe with more bandwidth,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> after all,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> we are paying for a supposedly unlimited service?<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
2:<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> What kind of speeds is it limited to on the heavy users pipe?<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
3:<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> How much downloading <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>(in Gb's)<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> during 6-11pm constitutes as being unfair?<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
4:<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> Can I still backout of the contract and cancel this service?<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
I really am not satisfied about all this,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> and would like for you to provide clear details about your usage policy so I know exactly where I stand,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> not just a page that mostly tells me that p2p software is a line hogger and that we will get routed through the slow lane of the highway if we use too much.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
