----------------------------------- Raziel Tue 18 Jul, 2006 in need of a good pc game! ----------------------------------- hey folks, just wondering what you're all playing (if anything at all) pc game wise. im dying to play a game that will make me lock myself up for days! the last game i played taht was that good, was "Star Wars - Knights of the Old Republic II". any thoughts? I, on the other hand, prefer more H&S RPGs so right now I'm playing Titan Quest (together with Prey which rocks by the way). There are some references here and there, but Oblivion has it's own story, so no problems there... I finished prey yesterday. It has some very original ideas (and some 1000-time already done ones). All in all I'm sure we'll be seeing a LOT of games playing with gravity in the future. It happened to a friend of mine and it wasn't good... i fight my neocron addiction every day man :razz: i cant afford to pay for the account anymore, but im loggin on every so often to make sure its still theer (they apparently delet accounts after 3montsh fo inactivity...im nearing the year mark and im still good to go!) they are good if you can afford them, but baaaad if you cant. as for oblivion btw. my luck sucks ass!! i just finished downaloding it, and my psu blew up. luckily for me everything is ok! Great game! And it sure as hell beats Diablo 1 and 2 easily. Even the reviewer at firingsquad put off the review until the patch came out. After the patch it was very stable, but my complaint is that it's too easy. The only slightly difficult area is the last (no spoilers), but it's tiny. Too bad you can't select a higher difficulty from the beginning, because there's no way I'm replaying it now. Diablo 2 on Nightmare and Hell difficulty was much more interesting. You knew that every weapon, skill, spell etc choice you made mattered. ----------------------------------- Mop Thu 03 Aug, 2006 ----------------------------------- I downloaded the patch straight away so I don't know what it was like before it. But I enjoy it a lot , sure it is a bit easier than D2 , but the graphics are awesome , compared to D2 , this game is far more superior. Seeing your enemies go down with so much grace and detail , well it sure is satisfying. D2 bored me more , too much of the same. So until now I.m very pleased with Titan Quest.
