Also on 1800Mhz the limit is 1W, whereas in 900Mhz it's 2W. Can you imagine being asked if you would like the cellphone or non-cellphone section when you go to a restaurant?... LOL If trully found detrimental to human health, this is going to be a habit that is more difficult for people to give up than smoking. Someday cellphone users may be treated like second class citizens like smokers do... I even saw a doctor once suggest that people should always use a hands-free headset because IF it causes cancer you will be safer that way. I have to admit I use hands-free most of the time, but not because of any worries of harmful effects. Nobody knows for sure if its harmful or not, so why take chances ? Speaker phone mode is another nice feature, but you have to be alone to use that. I hate it when people shout when trey're talking on their phones. Personaly another thing I like about hands-free is that it allows you to talk very softly without anyone hearing you even in very noisy environments.
