Well,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> two fast and quite good programs are winavi and convertxtodvd.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> They both convert almost any format to dvd.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> <b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
Winavi also converts to other formats as well.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> The quality is not what you'd get from something like Tmpgenc,<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b> but it's quite good and the conversion is fast.<b style="color:#FFA34F"></b>
